S P E C I F I C A T I O N S

WALLS Frames are of 2”x 1½” and 2”x2” planed timber, pencil round, clad with good quality, relatively knot free tongue and groove shiplap boards secured with galvanized nails.

ROOFS Either tongue and groove boards or exterior grade 11mm O.S. Board covered with 20kg green roofing felt. Customers choice at time of ordering

FLOORS Are of 5/8^th” tongue and groove boarding or 11mm O.S. Board of exterior quality supported on close centred 2”x1½” sawn floor joists. Customers choice at time of ordering.

WINDOWS Generous lighting in all models, with drip sills under the glass. Glass is beaded from the inside for extra security.

DOORS Standard doors are 5’10” high x 2’6” wide made from tongue and groove boards on three battens, well braced and hung on three galvanized tee hinges. All doors are fitted with a galvanized safety hasp. Drip strips above for added weather protection
