S P E C I F I C A T I O N S

Walls: good quality shiplap T&G boards on a strong framework. Frames are of 2”x 1½” and 2”x2” planed timber clad with good quality tongue and groove shiplap boards secured with galvanized nails.

Roof. Made from T&G boarding on 2”x2” nominal purlins and covered with 20kg green roofing felt. Complete with shaped barge boards on all models.

Doors. Mortised and tenoned joinery grade double doors 5’10 high x 4’ wide fitted with mortice lock, antique hinges and handles.

Floor. T&G boards on 38”x50” close centred joists.

Windows. As illustrated with 4mm glass to all larger panes set in clear mastic and finished with good quality mitred beads.
