The installer is required to;

Upon receipt of a purchase order, reply immediately if any of the requirements cannot be adhered to.

Once dates for installation are agreed, maintain contact with both Langhale Gardens direct and the end user at the installation address so that any last minute changes can be notified to all concerned.  Above all maintain contact with the end user on the day of installation so that if there is any delay whatsoever in arrival at the site the end user is not unnecessarily inconvenienced.

Whenever possible arrive at the site in a clean vehicle, and respectable overalls, the end user will no doubt understand the nature of the work and do not expect "best suits" but a reasonable standard of appearance is not unreasonable.

On arrival at the site ensure respect for the owners property.

Do Not SMOKE on site.

A completed customer satisfaction form must be obtained on completion of the installation.
